SIFA Fireside is a leading charity in Birmingham supporting people who are homeless and vulnerably housed. We are the primary day service for adults over 25 who are experiencing homelessness and see an average of 160 people every day. We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast paced, dynamic team providing support to some of our city's most vulnerable people.
This role is to provide a polite and efficient reception service during business hours. This involves greeting and welcoming visitors, clients and contractors at the door and processing and organising deliveries and donations. You should be a dynamic individual with a proactive and resilient approach, with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills and at least two years’ experience of working in a similar role.
