We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Link Worker.

This is an exciting role to support a small team working with adults with multiple and complex needs. Your role as mental health link worker will be to forge links with allied colleagues internal and external agencies to ensure clients have access to the most effective support services and pathways to help them get back on their feet and support recovery.

You will help clients to identify their own needs, improve self-esteem and emotional wellbeing. Managing your own case load you will contribute to the provision of a confidential support service supporting people who are homeless or otherwise socially disadvantaged or marginalised, with a particular focus on people with mental health problems, to become more independent and improve the quality of their lives on their own terms.
