We want to create a city free from homelessness, where everyone can access the services they need to live well.
We do this by supporting adults who are homeless and vulnerable by meeting their immediate needs (like access to showers and a health clinic) and long-term needs. That means helping them feel confident and determined as well as warm and comfortable.
Someone experiencing homelessness has often lived through trauma, neglect or prolonged poor mental health. We help them overcome the continued trauma that is homelessness with trauma-informed care which recognises and addresses this fact.
This is what’s important to us
- Building trust with people to help them through a crisis
- Long-term, sustainable solutions to homelessness.
And we care about what our clients think
Our service is driven by our clients. We hold a monthly meeting to discuss any areas of concern and ideas for how things could be improved.

Some of our delivery partners
Our approach is collaborative. We need to work with a range of partners to provide our clients with personalised support. This is how we address their multiple needs and break the cycle of homelessness.
