Hire our Conference Room

Our Conference Room is available for hire weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Boardroom style it can hold up to 15 people, theatre style it holds up to 100 people (please note that to seat more than 30 people there will be an extra charge for chair rental). Our prices are as follows;

Conference Room hire:
Half day: £50
Full day: £70
This price includes 2 lots of Tea and Coffee. Extras are charged at £1 per person.

Equipment hire:
LCD projector: £40
Laptop: £45
Flipchart and pens: £10
OHP: £10

Catering:
If you require catering we would like to offer the services of our social enterprise ChangeKitchen at £6.50 per head.

We require a non-refundable deposit of £30 per booking to confirm your room booking.

Please note: The Conferance Room is directly adjacent to our Drop In area. The drop-in is in operation weekdays from 9am - 10.30am and 12 - 1pm.
