We are always grateful for donations of money or goods.

We can now accept donations online:

Alternatively we are pleased to receive donations by cheque, made payable to 'SIFA Fireside' and sent to:
SIFA Fireside, Ground Floor, 18-28 Lower Essex St, Birmingham B5 6SN.

We are also pleased to receive donations of:

  • clean second-hand clothes in good condition
  • tins and packets of food
  • unused toiletries - particularly razors, shampoo or shaving foam
  • Usable plastic shopping bags of A4 size or larger

In the current wintry conditions we are in particular need of clean, second hand Blankets, Sleeping Bags, Socks, Hats and Gloves.

You can drop donations of goods off at our centre at 122 Pershore St (see map) between the hours of 9-11am or 1-3pm. Please call us first on 0121 666 7023 so we can make sure someone is available to receive the goods. Regrettably, at this time we are not able to pick up donated goods.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept donations of furniture. However there are many projects in Birmingham that accept such donations as long as the furniture is of good quality and has appropriate fire labels. These are;
