- Hardwearing, warm clothes such as Men's jeans and tracksuit bottoms
- Women's clothes
- Underwear
- Thermos flasks
- Torches
- Tea, Coffee, Sugar and cereal bars
- Dog food

We are always grateful for donations of money or goods.
We can now accept donations online:
Alternatively we are pleased to receive donations by standing order form (please click here to download a form) or cheque. Please make cheques payable to 'SIFA Fireside' and send to:

We are also pleased to receive donations of:
Food;
- tinned food (undamaged and within date)
- packets of food (eg. dry rice and pasta)
- Jars of sauces (eg. Jam, pasta sauce etc)
- Adult sized clothing in good condition
- Adult sized shoes and trainers
- Coats, hats, gloves and scarves
- Socks and lingerie
- Sleeping bags and blankets
- razors, shampoo, shaving foam, soap, shower gels, deodorants, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, female sanitary items
- Pots, pans, cutlery etc.
- Washing powder
- Usable plastic shopping bags of A4 size or larger
Items we cannot accept;
- Any perishable food unless it can be consumed immediately
- Soiled or unlaundered clothes
- Duvets (King size)
- Electrical items
- Bric a brac
- Children's clothes or toys
- Furniture (see below)
Donations of Furniture
Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept donations of furniture. However there are many projects in Birmingham that accept such donations as long as the furniture is of good quality and has appropriate fire labels. These are;

You can drop donations of goods off at 48-52 Allcock Street weekdays between the hours of 10am and 1pm. Please call us first on 0121 766 1700 so we can make sure someone is available to receive the goods.
