Making an appointment

The first step towards accessing any of our services is to book an appointment for an initial assessment. The assessment lasts around 45 minutes, and will enable us to identify which of our services is most appropriate for you.

Self-referral

You can phone us on 0121 666 7023 to book an appointment. Alternatively, you can call into our drop-in on Lower Essex Street, and if possible, we will carry out an assessment during the drop-in. Please arrive before 9.30am if you wish to be assessed.

Referral by a third party

Please fill in and return one of our referral forms. Please note that referrals can only be made with the consent of the person being referred.

What happens next?

After you have been assessed, you will be given your own keyworker, who will write to you to let you know when your next appointment is. Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks to get your appointment. If we are not able to offer the kind of help you need, we will try and help you find another agency that can provide the right kind of support for you.
