Weekday drop-in
Open: Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm at our Lower Essex Street site.
Services include:
- Breakfast - 9am-10am
- Lunch - 12-1pm
- Food parcels - 11.15am-12 (by referral only)
- Showers (rough sleepers only)
- Laundry (rough sleepers only)
- Help with making phone calls
- Nurse - 9am-10.30 (Tuesdays and Fridays)
- Chiropodist - 9am-10.30 (Thursdays)
Various activities also run daily between 10am-midday.
Clothes are available from our Pershore Street site
on Tuesdays and Fridays 11.15am-12.
Weekend Drop-in
Open: Saturday & Sunday 10.30 - 11.30am
Services include: Hot drinks, advice and emergency help.

Walking directions:
Our Lower Essex Street site (A) is based just down the road from the Hippodrome theatre. Heading away from the centre of town, walk past the Hippodrome and continue down Hurst street. Take the second right into Bromsgrove Street where there is a Tesco Express on the corner. Take the first left into Lower Essex Street, continue over the junction with Kent Street, and look out for The Fox pub on your left. We are the second of two doorways on the left, just after the National Probation Service.
Our Pershore Street site (B) is based just down from Debenhams in the Bull Ring, continue past the Digbeth markets on the left, past the Arcadian on the right and we are a flat roofed building on the right just after a large block of new red brick apartments.
Driving directions:
Lower Essex Street is one way and can only be accessed from Sherlock Street. To reach our Pershore Street site by car, drive up Hurst Street heading into town and look for the access road on the right just after the car park but before the block of flats.
