Daily open access ‘drop in’ sessions

 

Our daily Drop-In sessions form the heart of our service, and are the gateway to all of our other services. We open five days a week, with breakfast and lunch being served each weekday.

Daily Drop-In sessions provide a warm, friendly and welcoming environment. They give rough sleepers access to basic needs such as food, shelter, showers, clothing and sleeping bags. We know the importance that pets have in our clients’ lives, so well-behaved dogs are always welcome!

Clients are also assessed and signposted to the other services we provide. For example, health services available during Drop-In sessions, provided in partnership with our health partners, include*:

  • Primary Nursing Clinics twice a week
  • Access to a formal Mental Health Triage surgery once a week
  • A weekly Vision Care Eye Clinic
  • Access to dental services
  • Podiatrist (foot and ankle specialist).

*Please telephone in advance where possible to check that the services you need are available on the day.

We also provide emergency support for anyone made homeless or about to be made homeless, Welfare and Benefits support and advice, and social support.

There are always experienced staff on hand to offer advice, guidance, support and signposting. To ensure we offer the best support that we can, anyone new to our service will be able to have an informal chat with a staff member to identify their immediate needs.

Drop-In opening hours:

Drop-In sessions run on Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm.

Breakfast is served from 9am to 10am and lunch is served 12pm till 12.45pm.
